These terms outline the agreement between you and Soulenixora for access to training, digital materials, and goods offered through soulenixora.com.

1. Services

Soulenixora offers educational sessions with an ethical focus. These include live workshops, seminars, and consulting appointments. Details of each offering are provided at the time of enrollment.

2. Information Products

Information products include downloadable guides, whitepapers, and other digital resources. Access is granted upon full receipt of the applicable fee.

3. Goods

Physical items include books, printed guides, and branded materials. Availability and delivery timelines are provided at checkout.

4. Fees and Billing

All fees are stated in local currency. Charges occur at the time of order or enrollment. You agree to provide accurate billing details.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Services

To request a refund for a service, you must contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Approved refunds will be issued within 15 days of approval to the original payment method. You may also request to transfer your enrollment to a future session if space is available.

5.2. Information Products

Digital materials are eligible for a refund if the request is made within 14 days of purchase and no more than 10% of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days. After this period or usage threshold, sales are final to maintain content integrity.

5.3. Goods

Physical products may be shipped back for a refund within 30 days of delivery if they remain in original condition. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the customer. Once the product is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 10 days to the original payment method. Replacement items may be available upon request.

6. Non-refundable Offerings

Certain premium services are non-refundable due to customized content and scheduling commitments. This will be disclosed before you finalize your enrollment. No refunds will be provided for these offerings given the tailored preparation and resource allocation involved.

7. Amendments to Terms

Soulenixora may modify these terms by posting updated content on soulenixora.com. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
